  • 3 c berries (blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, cranberries - your choice)
    • If using frozen, thaw first
  • 1 tbsp sugar, honey, or agave syrup
  • 1 c water or prepared green tea


Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth
