Ingredients

  • 1/2 c quick oats
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp nutbutter (peanut, soynut, nothing too oily)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 c water


Directions

  1. Allow quick oats to soak in water for at least 30 minutes - overnight is best
  2. In blender, add all ingredients and blend until thoroughly mixed
    1. If chunky or gritty, allow your oats to soak longer
